Parmigiano Reggiano Vacche Rosse is obtained from a particular cow: the Rossa Reggiana.

The Rossa Reggiana feeds on the pasture with fresh grass, giving the Parmesan an intense color ,with rare and particular nutritional properties.

To be red cows must be matured 24 months.

The product is very tasty with a fine grain and a flake fracture.

How to taste it?

The best way to taste it is with a few drops of balsamic vinegar of Modena. The combination with the typical drinks of Modena such as a medium structure red or the traditional Lambrusco of Modena or Reggio

Note well: keep Parmigiano Reggiano at a temperature between 4°C and 8°C.
